HEALING GARDEN
The Wright Family Medical Pavilion has a sequestered green space that can be accessed from the first floor or by an exterior stairway. This garden utilizes nature’s healing effects with thoughtful plantings and a beautiful water feature. Patients who wish to have a private conversation or a moment of personal solitude can always find a seat in this tranquil setting.
2ND FLOOR
ANN SCHNORMEIER CENTER FOR BIRTHING CARE
The state-of-the-art Ann Schnormeier Center for Birthing Care provides a welcoming atmosphere for new babies and their families. Large, comfortable rooms allow mothers go into labor, give birth, and to rest and recover, all in the same beautiful space. Designed with new families in mind, these birthing suites invite moms and dads to bond with their child in the first few hours of a child’s life. Meanwhile, a skilled clinical staff uses the latest technology to ensure that the highest quality care is given.
GIFT SHOP
The KCH Auxiliary gift shop is truly the best gift shop in town! It is staffed by dedicated volunteers who make helpful suggestions. As an added plus, each purchase goes towards funding a scholarship for local students who are pursuing a career in healthcare.

3RD FLOOR
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
To better meet the needs of our community, KCH has four physicians specializing in obstetrics and/or gynecology, as well as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Dr. Kristin Witham, Dr. Emily Woods, Dr. Michael Sullivan, and Amanda Poorman, CNP, are highly-trained and experienced physicians who deliver excellent and compassionate care to our patients.
DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING
Diagnostic Imaging is located adjacent to OB/GYN on the 3rd floor.

PEDIATRICS
KCH is pleased to have three board-certified pediatricians to serve Knox County families.
Dr. Margaret Somple, (Dr. Maggie) and Dr. Svetlana Titishina (Dr. Lana), and Dr. Erika Basil are located on the third floor of the Wright Family Medical Pavilion.
Pediatric Services:

4TH FLOOR
CARDIOLOGY
The fourth floor of the Wright Family Medical Pavilion is our heart floor. As families grow and mature, various health challenges may present themselves. Knox Community Hospital is one of only three facilities in Ohio to offer interventional cardiology without the need for open-heart surgery.
Our accredited cardiovascular team is second-to-none in providing cutting-edge treatment and rehabilitation. In fact, the team has been recognized by the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline Gold Receiving Quality Award.
CARDIOPULMONARY REHABILITATION GYM
Our cardiopulmonary rehabilitation gym offers supervised exercise classes to help patients feel better and regain strength. Programs include Heart Fit, Silver Sneakers, Phase 2 and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. In addition to exercise, our team works with patients to provide personalized education about nutrition, medication use and general lifestyle choices.
